Context aware shopping solution to boost user engagement with PC Plus program.

This was a Flybits context-as-a-service solution concept for PC Plus grocery shopping app with a dynamic shopping list that recommends items based on context (location, likes, dietary restrictions and more). I worked on a small team to help conceptualize and design the experience.

• Real-time information delivered through the creation of semantic-driven, rule-oriented geo-fences

• It was important to safeguard user privacy, as users were reluctant to share personal details

• Customizable mobile analytics (real-time and passive) resulting in improved content, services and user behaviour insight
