Subscription access for 3 different user archetypes
For this project I worked with one other designer, numerous stakeholders, and cross functional teams to create a subscription experiences for Self Serve (Consumers), Care (Call Centre) Agents, and Retail Agents who all needed to see and interact with subscriptions but had different needs and levels of permission.
"Design a very similar subscription experience with slight differences for each user archetype and their needs."
We mapped out the flows for each user Care (Call Centre) Agent, Retail (In Store) Agent, and Consumer in order to uncover the similarities and differences in their user journeys. This helped us create a scalable framework that could be modular and augmented for each user to serve their needs.
Goals
Improve user experience & increase efficiency (time saved in seconds = millions of dollars saved).
Audit existing system and uplift.
Design consistent flows with minimal friction.
Build and maintain design system.
